Busbar-Integrated Miniature Current Transformer

The Busbar-Integrated Miniature Current Transformer is designed for busway and switchgear applications, featuring a compact structure that mounts directly into the busbar without requiring external space. With a high‑precision silicon steel/nanocrystalline composite core, it delivers accurate current monitoring and reliable electrical isolation, suitable for power distribution, energy metering, and industrial control systems.

Main Advantages

  • Integrated Design & Space Efficiency
    Adopts a direct busbar-through structure that eliminates external mounting brackets, reducing volume to one-third of conventional transformers. Ideal for space-sensitive installations in compact distribution cabinets and smart meter enclosures.
  • Non-Contact Measurement & Enhanced Safety
    Utilizes a fully closed magnetic core that surrounds the busbar, enabling isolated current sampling without electrical contact. Eliminates arc risk and is especially suited for live monitoring of densely packed low-voltage busway systems.
  • Wide Dynamic Range & High Precision
    Covers a broad current range from 1 A to 5000 A, combining silicon steel/nanocrystalline composite cores to achieve linearity error within ≤±0.2% (0.2S class accuracy) across 20%–120% of rated current, meeting both measurement and protection standards.
  • Temperature Stability & EMI Immunity
    Fully encapsulated with poured epoxy resin, maintaining a ratio error drift below 0.02%/℃ over –40 ℃ to +85 ℃. Provides high immunity to high-frequency electromagnetic interference (EMC Level III compliant).
